Shop & Tell: JOE Fresh

Hello Lovelies!
     Here is the list of the items I got today at JOE Fresh & their prices/names! 

Concealer Brush: $1.94
Eyeliner in Pearl: $1.94 
Eyeshadow in Pagoda: $1.94

     So I went to JOE Fresh simply for the matte top coat polish but my location was having a blowout sale on some products so you know I had to keep looking. There brushes and nail tools were on sale but it must have been on for a few days already because they were sold out of almost everything. I really wanted a cuticle trimmer and their original price was $14 and it was on sale for around $4? So I see why its gone! *sigh* And at first glance of the polish racks I couldn't find the matte top coat which would have been a total bummer but alas after some digging I found it! 

First Impressions:
     Polish: love the polishes, and Ink IS navy not purple. The shine in the bottle threw me for a loop. The matte finish is awesome, dries pretty much instantly and definitely does what it says and the papaya and mocha are both beautiful.
     Liner: IT WORKS! without tugging at my skin (at least on my hand) so I'm hoping it will be smooth on my lids as well!
     Shadows: They are not super super pigmented but they all translate the same on the skin as in the pan minus the green in the trio, its a little less pigmented than the other colours. Pagoda is actually a blue or a blue-grey-steele colour. 
     Brush: very dense, not flimsy and nice and soft
     Blush: smooth application, good pigmentation
