Shop & Tell

Hello lovelies! 
     I'm uploading a shop and tell video about some products I found at Rexall when I was at one over the weekend. 

     I got 2 NYC "cheek glows" blushes, which were on a blowout sale for $1.49 so I thought what the heck I'll try a couple. Well I'm glad they weren't any more than that because they really are not that great. In the swatch I apologize you can't see either of them, not just because of their lack of pigmentation but also because it is cooler where I am and my scar on my left hand becomes more obvious in the cooler temps. The first colour I got was Sutton Place Peach (which is a bronze/peach colour) and West Side Wine which isn't the name I would give it because I imagine a darker colour with the word wine in it. It is a pink with a peachy tone to it. In the case they both look nice but they didn't really do much on my hand. I will try wearing them soon so I can let you know if its any better on my cheeks but I don't expect much of a difference.
     I got one NYC eyeshadow duo in Bowling Green and the pigmentation is not that bad. I also got it for the blowout price of $1.49. So I'm a bit more impressed with that purchase!
     The next two items I got were lipsticks and these are one of Rimmel's lines in a burgundy packaging. Rexall was having a buy one get one free so I found a second colour that I didn't have. One is called Bordeaux and two guesses what colour it is? ahaha. So its a vampy dark red and I think with a very simple wing liner it will look awesome. The second colour is called Heavenly and its a light purple. I'm still on the hunt for a nice rich purple colour. I love Jarmaine's (JLovesMac1) colour that she wore in her tutorial today and funny enough that is one of the colours I picked up and really liked, but wanted to look around a little more. I like the texture of both of these colours and they are very rich and pigmented. I will be writing a post on bold lips soon <3
     My last couple of items were both polishes. I got a Rimmel colour in Burgundy Flirt and I haven't swatched it yet because I'm getting ready to do a nail tutorial (ombre nails anyone?!) but looking at the bottle it looks as if two coats will get a fabulous colour and I got the shimmerless colour because I wanted it to pop by itself and it makes it a little easier to use in future tutorials. And my other one was a Wet & Wild Halloween polish in "night glow" and its a glow in the dark colour!
