I will no longer keep you in the dark.
     The amazing makeup set is from BH Cosmetics. And trust me when I say their products are gorgeous, flawless, and best of inexpensive. My boyfriend bought me their Spring Bundle #1 which came with 6 items. They are selling bundles still but the #1 bundle has changed slightly.

My set has:
- 10 pcs Deluxe Makeup Brush Set
- 10 Colour Camouflage and Concealer Palette
- 120 Colour Palette 1st Edition
- 120 Colour Palette 2nd Edition
- Blush and Contour Palette
- 66 Colour Lip Palette

     For their bundle now they replaced the Blush/Contour with their 26 Shadow Blush Combo Palette which is still a great product. 

     I'm going to write about a couple of the products tonight but first I need to tell you how they got to me.
     The process of getting the set was super simple, and I stumbled on the site by accident. It was easy to navigate and since then has actually improved even more; making things even simpler! If you've read my Life At A Glance you will have figured out that I live in Canada but thankfully BH Cosmetics have international shipping and they ship with a Postal Service not with UPS and other delivery companies who charge you duty all other sorts of nonsense. The shipping was a little expensive but even with that added onto the final price you still couldn't get anything up here from MAC, Sephora or other makeup stores/boutiques for the same price, so it was a wise choice. It took a few weeks to get here but when I got the long awaited box I was a little anxious about how the products survived (although all the testimonials had nothing but positive reviews) and they TOTALLY did! I opened the box and all I saw was paper stuffing, removed that and then EACH piece was bubble wrapped individually! So I opened all the products and they were all pristine. They also had a plastic film layer within each product. I was extremely impressed and will never fear ordering from them again!

Now onto the bit you've been waiting for:
Brush Set & The Concealer Palette!

The brush set is 10 pieces and contains:
Powder brush, Blush brush, Foundation brush, 
Smudge brush, Large eyeshadow brush, Small eyeshadow brush, 
Eyebrow brush, Lip brush, Pointed Eye Liner Brush, Mascara brush 

The bonus is that the hair is cruelty-free!
     I find with some lower quality brushes that the hair actually falls out after time which can be super frustrating when you are doing makeup and oops! there are 3 stray hairs just chilling on your lids... I have not had any problems with these brushes. They clean well which is important because to keep your brushes lasting longer and to keep them healthy for use its important to wash them every few days if you are using a lot of product, you could probably go longer but I prefer more frequent. 
    This Concealer product has 10 colours 5 of which are more oriented towards Caucasians, one which is a rosey colour and 4 which are oriented more towards tanned/dark skin. A few of which I think my dark girls would love because I hear they have issues finding a good match. But for the longest time so did i; but no more. I combine a couple of the colours to help cover up my dark under eye circles (which I'm trying to permanently get rid of!) and it does a great job. It is a creamy texture and when using either the foundation brush from their brush kit, a makeup sponge or your finger if needed it goes on great. Nice and smooth. Something else I learned while going through their site (which also has tutorials done by artists associated with BHC & youtubers) I discovered another use for the darker colours which I'd never get to use on myself: they work well for contouring cheeks if you don't want to use a powder. I've yet to try this but when I film/take photos of it I'll let you guys know!
