The first look is one that I was at one point sort of able to do with my natural hair, but the extensions just make it so much easier. It's a milkmaid braid look and it's so easy to do; just create two pigtail braids (making sure to braid from the nape of your neck, not under your ear) and then you can cross them atop your head like I did, or cross at the nape of your neck and bring them up across the other side.
This high ponytail has been a go-to for me for a couple of shoots and shows. The number of extensions you add will depend on how long/thick your natural hair is. I don't add too many because I start to run into issues covering clips/bumps. This also transitions into a big bun as well. I like to sometimes finish it off with wrapping my hair around the elastic for a cleaner finish.
This is the easiest of the looks because you put in your extensions almost as normal, but separate a small section for the bun. I add just a single weft to the bun but you could also change how many you want depending on the look you're going for.
For all the extension application details check out the video below, and be sure to tag me in a photo on IG or Twitter if you recreate any of these looks! I love to see you guys recreate or do an inspired look so you can also use #sydneexo on social media so that I can check out your photos!
