I stumbled upon this recipe last week and am genuinely intrigued to try it. It's simple enough and looks to be extremely healthy and filling. Its a breakfast-type smoothie but you can obviously have it whenever you desire. I've yet to try it out myself but will let you know if/when I have!
It's a Banana Oatmeal Smoothie.
What you will need:
- 2 whole bananas
- 2 cups of ice
- 1/3 cup of yogurt (can used Greek yogurt flavoured with honey or plain)
- 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal
- 1/3 cup almonds
