I'm sad to say the sun is playing some games with me and not coming out nearly as much as it should! But now is the perfect time to catch up on a vitamin you probably haven't been getting a lot of during the winter months: Vitamin D (or the sunshine vitamin).
I've had this article pinned up on my fridge since my dad cut it out of the Toronto Star almost 2 years ago (June 2, 2010) and it talks about which fruits are more dirty/clean when it comes to pesticides. I know that there has been a crack down in some countries on pesticide usage but I doubt whether you know exactly where all your fruit is coming from and the countries view of it. So I thought I'd share with you some of the fruit you should clean a little better and the ones that ranked more clean.

Okay guys so I have decided to rename this page to Health & Fitness so that I can not only continue to talk about food (which we all LOVE) that I'm baking, cooking, came across, etc. but also talk about healthy habits, fitness ideas, routines and most importantly self-esteem and confidence. Everyone is beautiful no matter what your size but I believe it is important to keep healthy and not fall into bad habits. I will also be posting a bit of a fitness journal for me over the next few weeks so ttay
