I stumbled upon this recipe last week and am genuinely intrigued to try it. It's simple enough and looks to be extremely healthy and filling. Its a breakfast-type smoothie but you can obviously have it whenever you desire. I've yet to try it out myself but will let you know if/when I have!
Okay guys so I have decided to rename this page to Health & Fitness so that I can not only continue to talk about food (which we all LOVE) that I'm baking, cooking, came across, etc. but also talk about healthy habits, fitness ideas, routines and most importantly self-esteem and confidence. Everyone is beautiful no matter what your size but I believe it is important to keep healthy and not fall into bad habits. I will also be posting a bit of a fitness journal for me over the next few weeks so ttay
