Here is the first episode of Health & Fitness Friday. Filmed on my Birthday while I was visiting family!
So as much as I would looooove to do my at home workouts it is just too damn hot and I'm too damn lazy to hit up my gym. Mostly because of my work schedule, which is at the most bizarre times. I have to admit I am not a morning person so I cannot just wake up early and hit the gym, my work shifts are usually smack dab in the middle of the day so afterwards I got home eat dinner and then don't want to get up again.
This must end!
So I promised to film my pilot/first episode of Health and Fitness Friday and this past Friday I DID FILM IT!! I swear but I couldn't get around to editing it because it was my birthday and i was at my Aunt's house with family so I didn't want to be anti-social. So I was going to just upload it whenever but decided that I will film another one and launch BOTH EPISODES on Friday to keep with the theme.
