I've had this article pinned up on my fridge since my dad cut it out of the Toronto Star almost 2 years ago (June 2, 2010) and it talks about which fruits are more dirty/clean when it comes to pesticides. I know that there has been a crack down in some countries on pesticide usage but I doubt whether you know exactly where all your fruit is coming from and the countries view of it. So I thought I'd share with you some of the fruit you should clean a little better and the ones that ranked more clean.
So I've decided for several reasons that this Spring I am going to make an improved effort to work out. A few friends and I are planning to purchase the Tone It Up meal plan but as of yet have not been able to purchase it.
