For me, there are always two types of runway styles, those that are ready to wear and those that are not. MONDOR is a ready to wear brand. They are leggings/dancewear but had some great blazers and jackets coming down the runway as well. There were several outfits I would have loves to pluck off the runway and wear in my day to day life. We were moved up to front row and the boy and I each got a little goodie bag, mine had those mini liner socks for flats and Scott's had some knee high tube socks, which obviously became mine as well aha.
As for my look, I HAD to represent my girl Lesley because she was show casing that same evening at Vancouver Fashion Week! Since she couldn't physically be in Toronto, I made sure she was there in spirit. This outfit was focused around the skirt but I thought it would be fun to have the pop of blue carry throughout, so of course I went with blue heels and even some blue lipstick. If the lips didn't make it edgy enough, the leather jacket definitely pushed it over the edge. I love the way this outfit looks and it's going to be something I wear often (*cough* I wore it for NYE -- yes I'm an outfit repeater, but when it's good...it's good!) Did you attend any of the TFW shows? I'd love to see what you wore and what shows you saw, so be sure to hit me up on Instagram/Twitter/Facebook!
