So I have decided to start filming weekly episodes covering nutrition, health in general & fitness stuff, so those will be called "Health & Fitness Fridays." So be sure to check those out! And I'll be filming and possibly uploading this weeks episode earlier because Friday is my BIRTHDAY!! (20th if you want to know) And I will be with my family for the day so I'd rather not film and upload a video while with them (so I'm not being rude and anti-social lol).
I'll give you a heads up on the first topic I will be covering and thats *drum roll please* FOOD LABELS! And how to properly read them and understand them. Because I think it is super important to stay in good health, or to become healthier!
I will also be filming fitness vlogs about my challenges and goals fitness wise that I hope to attain this summer.
