So todays episode is going to come to you guys a little later in the evening because I am having an air conditioner installed so there is no quiet or private place to film before I head to work. And of course they will be here until I leave for work. So I promise to film as soon as I get home around dinner time.
Today's episode is going to be on...*drum roll please*...FAT! And all the different fats there are: Transfats, Saturated Fats, Unsaturated Fats and if they are good, bad or ugly. I'll tell you what you should look for on the package when it comes to fat and what fat can do to you and maybe a few ways of how to get rid of it!
